Blow Clock – new work created as part of #artistsupportpledge

LEAVES OF ABSENCE
During the lockdown and as part of the wonderful #artistsupportpledge started by
@matthewburrowsstudio, I will be making little excursions into the microcosmic
world around me. These excursions, taking the form of watercolour studies on
incised paper, I am calling ‘Leaves of Absence’. In the absence of close contact with
family and friends, comfort is taken from the little things in life. Taking leave from
our routine lives gives us the opportunity to view the world in new ways. Our world
made small by the pandemic opens up to us microcosmic worlds. This little series,
launched with Blow Clock, offers glimpses into those worlds.


Blow Clock is available for £200 (+p&p).


Each artist involved in #artistsupportpledge is selling work for no more than £200
and for every £1000 made, pledges to spend £200 on another artists work.
